We support everything from launching a Shopify store to renewals, feature development, and operational improvements.
We learn about the products you want to sell, the way you plan to sell them, and your day-to-day work, then define the store structure and features you need. We welcome inquiries before you have decided what to build, as well as reviews of stores that are already running.
01 / New store
Want to build a new store?

We map out how you sell and operate, then build your store
Who are you selling to, what are you selling, and how will orders be fulfilled? While learning about your budget and the work of the people who will run the store, we define what you need to start selling. We handle structure, design, and implementation, designing the screens where customers choose products together with what happens after an order.
We check what can be achieved with Shopify’s standard features, themes, and existing apps, and determine where custom development is needed. Our proposals take into account not only development costs but also monthly fees and operational effort.
We also edit product information and site copy
Based on the basic information you provide, such as product features and specifications, we edit descriptions so they speak to shoppers. We also organize content from an SEO and AIO perspective, considering how search engines and AI refer to information.
We shape the copy for your site so it reads well on the web. Product photos are generally provided by you, but we can arrange them if that is difficult.
Working out how to start selling
“I have products to sell, but I don’t know where to start.”
First, we ask who you want to sell to and how, and how much time you can put into building and running the store. We sort out what you want to start right away and what you would like to work on later, then propose the structure of the site to prepare first.
Products with set prices and specifications go straight to purchase, while orders that need individual discussion go to an inquiry. We design around your ordering methods, down to payment and delivery-time information. By factoring in how you may sell in the future, we aim to reduce the effort of rebuilding later.
If you are also thinking about promotion to attract customers, we share relevant examples and organize the photos and descriptions you will need. We also work with you on what to prepare to start selling.
02 / Renewal
Want to renew your current store?

We review your current setup and decide what to change
Screens that confuse shoppers at checkout, areas that are hard to update, a growing number of apps. We ask what is troubling you about your current store and review your theme, apps, and operations.
We identify which parts can keep being used and which need improvement or rebuilding. When adding new features, we also check for overlap with the apps you already use and the update work required after the change. Stores built by other companies are welcome too.
Reviewing accumulated features and operations
“We’ve kept adding features, and we want to check whether things should stay as they are.”
We ask which features you use now and which you will need going forward, and check which app or mechanism provides each one. Even when each choice made sense at the time it was added, looking at the store as a whole often reveals features that can be combined or are no longer needed.
We consider switching to apps that can take on several roles or implementing features in the theme, and compare costs and operational effort. We also check whether each item is needed at your current sales scale, and propose what to keep, what to change, and what to postpone.
If you want to drive improvements in-house, we also review what your team can handle and your development and testing environments, and support technical training as needed. We think through with you who will run things, and how, after the features change.
03 / Development & operations
Want to improve your store’s features and day-to-day operations?

We review what shoppers do together with the work of your team
Orders have grown and manual handling can’t keep up. The apps you use make it hard to sell the way you want. We address concerns like these through theme improvements, app adoption and development, and integration with external systems.
First, we ask what shoppers do and what your staff then check and process. When connecting products, orders, and inventory with another system, we also work out which data serves as the reference and when updates should happen.
Reducing manual work after orders
“Orders have increased, and manual checking and processing can’t keep up.”
We ask which screens your staff use and what they do from checking an order to completing it. We separate repetitive tasks from tasks that need judgment, and decide what to automate.
For cancellations, for example, we design a connected flow from the shopper choosing the items to cancel through approval, refund, and inventory restoration. We also check related processes so that the rest of the order is handled correctly when only part of it is canceled.
We check how far existing apps can go and consider custom development for the parts that don’t fit your operations. We compare how much manual work can be reduced against development and usage costs, and propose an approach. Where inquiries are frequent, we also review the screens and explanations shoppers see.
04 / How we start
We propose an approach that fits your budget and operations
After you contact us, we start with a meeting to hear about your current challenges and what you want to achieve. Sometimes we share ideas on the spot; other times we organize the details before making a proposal.
If you have a set budget, please let us know the range. If it is undecided, we will tell you the minimum cost based on the work and effort required.
Taking into account your priorities, your budget, and the effort you can put into day-to-day operations, we propose the scope of development and the cost. We also consider building the essential parts first and adding features as circumstances allow.
We explain what work the cost covers and what operations will be needed after launch. If the approach you choose changes the cost or the operational burden, we explain the difference. Even if the features or budget are not decided yet, you can talk to us about where things stand now.
